This tiny restaurant headed by Indian Culture, aims to defy the stranglehold of ‘bucket curries’ on the Syntagma neighborhood and bring high quality small-plates to Indian food. Gunpowder ditches stomach-bursting breads and sauces in favor of strong flavors and a menu of about 20 dishes from all across India!
